Stop bullying it can cause death.

Surrounded by walls, Nowhere to go. Walls are closing in No more air flow No one can hear you Like you’re never there No one can help No one is there Kicking and screaming Yelling for help One sits and watches While the other grabs his belt Returning to school With new bruises everyday Teachers always asked But I blew their help away Knowing if I told It would only get worse Begging on my knees For him not to immerse Just laying there as time passed by Watching myself get beat I thought to myself One day I’ll be back on my feet Mustering the courage I tried to express In thousand ways I found, But thought it’s easy To just say not, and stay lie down.                                     ...

Our Cheap Mindset...

Baba is a self made man. He has a degree in Law but he decided to work in real estate business sector. He gradually worked his way up and he was successful in his venture. He is a man who has travelled the world; from China to Cyprus, you name it, he has been there. He can speak two languages extremely fluently and none of them are English. Does that changes thing? Sadly, yes. It isn’t like he doesn’t understand English. He can read it, he can even hold a bit of conversation in it but he isn’t fluent in it. Like I said, he is a self made, successful man but sometimes, the world likes to remind him otherwise. You can see that this holds him back in places. He never wants to go to parent teacher meetings, he would much rather have mama go. This may seem absurd but the reality is that we as a society have tied a person’s fluency in English to how educated they are. We make memes of people who aren’t proficient English speakers and we snicker when someone uses wrong grammar. We take...

Set your own healthy boundaries!

WHAT ARE BOUNDARIES? Boundaries represent the way we approach our interactions with other people, based on our own level of comfort, by placing clear limits. They reflect what is acceptable and not acceptable for us, what are needs are, and how we feel about people’s behaviour. Boundaries help us maintain a thriving relationship with ourselves and with the people in our life. LACK OF BOUNDARIES LOOK LIKES :  Sharing too much too soon or closing yourself off and not expressing yourself clearly.  Feeling responsible for other’s well being.  Fear of being rejected if you express your truth.  Feeling guilt if you take out time for self-care.  Agreeing to something when you actually want to disagree.  Allowing others to make decisions for you; consequently, feeling powerless.  Offering support/advice when it is not requested.  Letting others abuse/hurt/ manipul...

Thankyou Maa.

Dear Mama, I saw you crying the other day just because you want to see us excel I see you doing all the house chores without ever having said a word You support us in all that we dream of But never ask the same for yourself Dear Maa, You cut your wings with the scissors of our happiness But you keep helping us in flying You put your own choice at the backseat Just to see us step ahead You do so much for us Yet we do so little You sacrificed yourself for us Yet we never seem to care Dear Mum, Even though I keep saying that I’ll be different in this world then you were But know that I am your shadow The same as you are.💓                            ~ khushboo ♥️ ...

Some important psychology facts.

It’s all about psychology : In the month of February, we celebrate Psychology Month to highlight the importance of psychology in helping individuals and communities. Psychology studies and attempts to explain why people act the way they act. This has many useful applications, such as improving decision making, stress management and overall living effectively. On top of the very valuable tools psychology has developed, including several types of therapies, many psychological studies have found some very interesting psychology facts that may surprise you! Here are five of my favourites: 1. Dopamine makes you addicted to seeking information: Have you ever found yourself endlessly scrolling through your social media feed? It all has to do with the dopamine seeking-reward loop. When you’re on your phone, you are stimulating dopamine. Many people know dopamine as the pleasure chemical, meaning it makes you seek enjoyment and pleasurable activities such as...

I Lost My Hero.

losing your dad. This for my sisters. I love you both so much just plsss stay strong. I'm with you and will always be with you.♥️ the world has been cruel to you. and there is nothing that i can tell you which will heal you or reduce your pain. while the internet is flooded with 'happy stories' about dads you are just sitting there wondering, what went wrong? you were young when you lost him. you didn't realise what had happened back then. but then after that day, you never saw that familiar face again. after the day, a lot of things changed. a lot of responsibilities came falling down on your mom. a lot of responsibilities came falling down on you. you had to 'grow up' early. you had to be 'mature' about everything. you had to pretend to be strong when you were falling apart. and all of this was exhausting for you. from taking care of yourself to taking care of your younger sibling, you lost your own child...

Random change in me.

2020 MADE ME STRONGER. Ok, so on the 2nd last night of 2020 my sister was at my place. And she got a message from her best friend that, her ex but not a serious one wanted her back in his life. So she showed that message to me. And asked me about my opinion on it. That what would I reply if my ex (who doesn’t even exists) would ask me the same favour?             And at that time I was literally blank but now I got the answer of that question and that is I would not reply him maybe I would left him on seen but I knew I wouldn’t reply him blah, blah, blah, blah because being in a relation is always toxic for me because directly, indirectly I am breaking the trust of my siblings and parents which they did on me because they knew I won’t do something wrong and give me the permission to have an separate ig acc and  stuff.          So yeah technically I am doing wrong...
